Alpha Course
Alpha Course is an instructional series useful for you no matter where you are in a relationship with Jesus Christ -- whether a long time Christian, a new Christian, a skeptic, an agnostic, or even an atheist. This course explores many of the difficult questions about starting and strengthening a relationship with Jesus. It is not a scary, touchy-feely environment in which one is subjected to pushy Christians asking if "you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal savior." The course allows you to become as involved spiritually as you can, based on your location along the spectrum of coming to know Jesus. There is no pressure to speak out, pray or expose any personal secrets. You may eventually wish to do those things, only if that becomes your choice at some later point along your journey. For those who already have a close relationship with Jesus, this course becomes an opportunity to challenge yourself and learn to address those difficult questions that we all have. The session titles for the series give a good idea of what's involved:
