|When: June 13-22: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays|
Tuesday June 13: 9:00 - 11:30 at FUMC. Drop off in Crossroads Cafe, pick up on playground.|
Wednesday June 14: Field Trip to Alabama Nature Center at Lanark (in Millbrook). We will leave at 9:00am and return at 2:30pm. Cost is $14 per child. We will have a lesson on tree identification and take a hike through the creek. Kids need a sack lunch, a change of clothes and towel, and shoes for hiking through a rocky creek (old sneakers, water shoes with a thick sole, etc.?sandals are okay, but they will get tiny rocks in them frequently).
Thursday June 15: Drop off at 9:00 in Crossroads Cafe. We will learn about waterways and then take a tour or Mitchell Dam at 12:15. We should return to the church by 3pm. Kids will need a sack lunch. Tour is free. Those that don?t want to do the tour can be picked up at 11:30 -- the tour is limited to 25 people and might not be enjoyable for preschoolers.
Tuesday June 20: 9:00 - 11:30 at FUMC. Drop off in Crossroads Cafe, pick up on playground.
Wednesday June 21: Field Trip to Rickwood Caverns State Park. We will leave at 8:00am and tour the cave at 10:00. Afterward we will have a picnic and then swim in the pool there. Cost is $16 and includes park entrance, cave tour, and swimming. Kids will need swimwear and towel and a sack lunch. We should return to the church by 3pm.
Thursday June 22: Meet at 9:00 at FUMC. We will take a tour of a local farm and eat a picnic lunch there. We will return to the church by 1pm. Kids will need a sack lunch.
God's World is open to all children age 3 (and potty trained) through 6th grade (and youth helpers).
Preschoolers will need adult help along on the field trips.

|Registration deadline is June 1. Register your child by emailing Christi Mitchell and include the following:|
1. Tee shirt size and number (must have order by 28 May; shirts are $5 for children, $10 for adults payable when picked up)
2. Which field trips your child will attend (see descriptions above). We are limited to 32 on the bus and only 25 can tour Mitchell Dam. Scholarships are available for the field trips if needed.
